Air Preheaters & Purged Air Systems

An air preheater is a device that is designed to heat air prior to another process. Hotfoil-EHS manufactures air preheaters alongside our partner REDKOH, Inc. Hotfoil-EHS created air preheaters for use in penthouses, on the top of precipitators. A precipitator generates heat in the range of 280°F to 340°F. If the top of the precipitator is not kept warm, the internals end up with a high degree of condensation. Hotfoil-EHS manufactures air preheaters to heat the penthouse and prevent undue condensation from forming. We manufacture several different kinds, as well as custom sizes, to match your existing systems. And, Hotfoil-EHS will ship them all over the world. Our air preheaters are proudly manufactured in the USA in Hamilton, NJ.

An air purge system (or purge air system) is used to flush electrical control equipment with clean air before it is started. This helps to ensures that the equipment is not affected or damaged by the contaminants from the environment.
